I. Genesis
Where the work comes from
I build AI systems, and I can tell you whether anyone actually needs one. Those turn out to be different skills.
I started on a sales floor selling energy and insurance contracts into the French market, which is where you learn that people rarely state the thing they actually want. I moved into delivery at devUP, managing software projects across two teams, and found the same lesson at a larger scale projects fail on translation, not on technology.
Now I build the systems myself: agents, retrieval pipelines, fine-tuning and machine learning models, alongside a master's in data science and AI in Tangier.
