Project Manager & AI Engineer

Delivery across two teams and more than ten client projects websites, platforms, mobile applications and SaaS products, for clients with almost nothing in common. The role has since grown to cover the AI work as well: agents written by hand and orchestrated in n8n, retrieval pipelines, fine-tuning, and machine learning models put in front of real users.

Sold energy and insurance contracts into the French market, in French, to people who had not asked to hear from me. Moved from a new agent to one of the strongest performers on the floor inside six months.

The habit that outlasted the job: a request is rarely the thing the person actually wants, and finding the difference before you propose anything is most of the work.
