Delivery across two teams and more than ten client projects: websites, platforms, mobile applications and SaaS products, for clients with almost nothing in common. The role has since grown to cover the AI work as well: agents written by hand and orchestrated in n8n, retrieval pipelines and fine-tuning.

The delivery I am proudest of is an agent for e-commerce support. Asking where an order is, or what is still in stock, normally means waiting for someone to look it up; this answers from the shop's own data, and puts an offer in front of a customer who is already close to buying.

Outbound B2C sales of energy and insurance contracts into the French market, conducted entirely in French. Six months from a new agent to one of the strongest performers on the floor, worked across the final year of the BSc.
